Search more extensively with search boxes #308

Currently the search box in the Project lists only searches on name.
This is well-documented since the box says 'Name: '.. ;)

However, I would expect the search box to include the description as well.

For example, when I'm searching on ECCILES I expect that project to appear, but 
since its official name is 'Energy Conservation at Computer Intensive learning 
Sites' it doesn't.
