Delete project is not thorough enough #312

There are still traces of the project after it has been deleted using the 
'delete' button on the project detail page.

Specifically, there is still a reference to the simal:Project as 
doap:currentProject from the foaf:Person s involved.
This is a problem because the project is still listed in the Person's project 
list, although with URL only. The person detail page in this case generates an 
'Internal error'. This can be traced back to a 'LinkPanel' that is 'Unable to 
find component with id 'link''. 

It seems that the doap:Project is not deleted at all. We should consider if 
this is desired behaviour.

The effect is that if the project is imported again with the same person.
