Take advantage of import facilities #323

There are a number of imports available that are not taken advantage of, such 
as:

- Ohloh
- Ping the semantic web
- SourceForge (Issue 322)

We need scripts or added functionality to make it easy to use these imports to 
increase the number of projects in the registry.

If I remember rightly the Ping The Semantic Web implementation allows for timed 
imports. It should work out of the box (see the controls on the tools page).

However, it does need the IP number of the machine to be registered with PTSW 
(see http://pingthesemanticweb.com/account.php)

Note - there is a handy "Import Now" button on the tools page, if you click 
this without the config being correct you get a helpful error message.

Lowering priority as the core project team are now focussing on specifc data 
rather than loads of data. The functionality is there for this to happen, so if 
someone wants to finish it off we would welcome help.

However, the current project team are not likely to implement this any time 
soon.
