Create property to turn off warnings #349

The warnings that the code is early stage are currently hard wired in the HTML 
templates. It would make more sense for these messages to be part of wickets 
built in message pane system. We can then reuse the panel for message of the 
day type content and also easily remove the warnings when not desired.
