Import Googlecode projects from Flossmole download #370

The Flossmole project [1] periodically makes downloads available containing 
project, people, links and labels data of all Googlecode projects in 
tab-delimited text files (current latest sep.2010 [2]). 

It might be interesting to write an import for these. It also contains the 
activity level so there's an easy way of focusing on active projects hosted 
there.
