Embed edit features in project detail pages #384

We currently have two separate pages for "project detail" and "edit project 
detail". This means we need to maintain two different pages for essentially the 
same page.

When issue 243 is complete (implement user logins) we will be able to switch to 
component level authorisation of features (issue 383). This will enable us to 
have a single page for both display and edit.

Actually this is not the case. I was thrown by the fact that the 
"EditProjectPanel" is used to display the project details as well as edit the 
details.

Closing this issue as the problem will be addressed by issue 383
