Use of non-existent property doap:shortname #399

We are using the property doap:shortname extensively to refer to a short name
of a project, but it's not in the DOAP spec.

It's probably easiest to search for an equivalent property in another ontology.
Speed reading the FOAF spec I didn't find one but I'm sure it's out there
somewhere.

Our use case for this is "project codes": each project is given a code which is
used internally for tracking and administration. They're usually a few letters
than three numbers.

Btw, I'm not sure that it is used all that "extensively" - it's not surfaced in
the web interface anywhere, nor is it defined in core.

In the short term we'll probably abuse doap:module.
