We have a number of Questionaires relating to community and project health.
Currently these are implemented in a number of technologies, such as W3C
Widgets and a google spreadsheet. We need to unify and simplify the creation of
these kinds of resources by creating a generic Quationaire/survey widget.
The widget will allow a developer to define a set of questions, perhaps as a
configuration file, the widget will present these questions to the user and
record their answers.
A second widget should provide adminstrative access to the questionaire and
results submitted. There will be more than one submission for each questionaire.
Both the user and admin widgets should have basic reporting capabilities.
There are a number of ways this can be acheived, we don't have a pre-concieved
idea of how it should be implemented. However, reuse of licence compatible
pre-existing code whereever possible is to be encouraged.
