The TDB triplestore setup is still very vanilla with hardly any optimisation.
One thing we should take care of is the optimizer that is set during
initialisation in the com.hp.hpl.jena.tdb.sys.SetupTDB class.
We currently get warnings like this in the log:
WARN 2011-02-03 19:22:21,050 [9412817@qtp-1566229-0] com.hp.hpl.jena.tdb.exec
No BGP optimizer
