want to use memcached as a windows service #329

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. I see memcached latest version 1.4.15 
http://memcached.googlecode.com/files/memcached-1.4.15.tar.gz  as a Linux 
version. But I want use get on windows machine. Do we have windows installer?
2. How to have this memcached started as windows service. I am using windows 7. 

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Wanted latest memcached windows 7 installer

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
1.4.15 (latest), windows 7

Please provide any additional information below.
