Refactor Accomplishments widget as Education widget #1140

Enable user to provide a detailed list of education (similar to Accomplishments and Experience widgets). Also see related feedback in #1094 .

Add new Accomplishments widget, with lists for languages etc.

Also, change Experience and Accomplishments widgets as well as the new Education widget to fetch data from user account, in a similar fashion to the About widget.

I suspect that https://badgr.com/ integration would be a separate issue. But it gets to verifiable claims about Accomplishments... perhaps the best place to put these would be in the data of the user account and then just reference them from there?

FYI, I've done a quick dirty test to add an education section based on experience widget, which is very similar to the LinkedIn profile page. See the diff by clicking the following link: https://github.com/gcushen/hugo-academic/compare/master...ieex:education-as-experience-demo

Where font awesome icons are used instead of circular borders.
