Add support for Netlify CMS #1191

Currently this integration is blocked as Netlify CMS does not yet support Academic/Hugo due to:

Currently, Forestry.io is recommended as an alternative frontend which offers better compatibility with Academic/Hugo.

Closing as Netlify CMS does not properly support Hugo and their Github issues on adding support for Hugo have been open since 2017 with very little progress. Let's consider revisiting this in the future if/when they add full support for Hugo.
