minor: some tags generate double slashes in paths

Ok, here's some more information. I'm using hugo version:

Hugo Static Site Generator v0.18.1 BuildDate: 2017-04-29T05:24:10-04:00 which is from Debian testing.

The problem in tags only appeared before, now for tags it seems to have gone away.

Being curious I tried the check for my current site... Many more double slashes, but curiously not in the tags.

Looks like most of these are from the Optional featured image part of projects.

Hmm did you try removing the trailing slash in the BASE URL ?

Paste your "hugo config"

If that doesn't work i'll leave it up to @gcushen

This issue appears to affect all instances of the full-width header image. It should be all fixed in update 89e5445 . Let me know if you still have any issues after updating :)
