Improve the deployment documentation with citations #1838

It should be explained in the deployment (with Netlify) how to configure Hugo Academic so that Netlify can generate citations. I have a website working locally perfectly. However, both Netlify and Hugo Academic documentations do not explain how to deploy a Hugo Academic web site with citations.
