Social/Academic Networking Icon Update

Specific Question: may I request that the academicons.min.css cloudflare version be updated to include some of the more recent Academicicons? Specifically, I like to use the publons academic icon.

General Question : more generally, if we make our own icon packs what needs to be done to configure it to match? For example:

1. I could download academicons locally and place the required css and font files into my \static\ folder. This renders the publons icon, but now the academicons are a different size compared to the fontawesome icons.

2. If I use a site like Fontello.com to create my own icon packs, how do I modify the header to use them?

1. Academicons has now been updated to the latest version (see ef0568deb7a4ed92b6b02a581e20e7817a7b83fb)
