Describe the bug

Cite button doesn't work.

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to 'publication' page
  2. Click on 'cite' button
  3. Nothing happens.

Expected behavior

There should be a popup.

Technical details:

If applicable, add screenshots to help explain the issue.

The Cite button requires Javascript to work. What's the output of your browser's JS console?
