Add Japanese to "Language and Translation" Document #814

There is ja.yaml at academic/i18n directory, so we can choose ja for Interface Language, But there is no documentation about it at https://sourcethemes.com/academic/docs/language/.

The Interface Language is used to change the language throughout your site. The following interface languages are currently available: English, 中文 (简体), Español, Português, Deutsch, Euskara, Français, Italiano, 한국어, Nederlands, Polski, Русский, Türkçe, Tiếng Việt and Catalan.

Please add Japanese or 日本語 to above sentence.
