Annotations are often not displayed in Japanese #101

Describe the bug Some terms display annotation, some don't, in a kind of a 50/50distribution. Basically the ANN_ARRAY has wrong position for terms, which prevents annotations to display.

To Reproduce

  1. Create a Japanese text with lots of annotations.
  2. Create an improved annotated version
  3. Read the text

Expected behavior All annotations should display, Japanese may use data_pos instead of data_order to mark annotations location.
