Make the "Read text aloud" button usable #108

Features needed:

Start/Stop (now you can only stop by refreshing page)

Nice features to have:

Go to approximate audio position when clicking a word
Add a cursor for position in text
Some basic audio parameters can be fine.

I already tried to tweak the current audio player to include the read text aloud function, but it does not seem to be elegant as it serve to read media while we only have a JS event here.

That has been a long request feature, as it was one the the first feature I ever added to LWT. I hope you will enjoy it!
