Move any interface files to a new folder #165

Files under the root are currently a mess of configuration files, interface files and files to display in an iframe. In the future, only configuration files should be in the root folder.

The reason for this change is that it makes complicated to sort out the files that in the root folder, and it makes the execution of automated scripts more dangerous.
