DeviceConsole looks strange in Windows 11 Start menu:

It also looks a little strange in Android Chrome install dialog, but it thankfully uses the short_name for the actual home screen shortcut & system settings.

I can see that while there is short_name in the App Manifest, the name value being too long have caused some cosmetic UI problems on some systems.
