Options are not available

Hello, I successfully installed the plugin (after some mimemagic nightmare) but the plugins settings are not there. I removed and reinstalled without success.

Since it is an empty installation, i can go to redmine 5, if this is the problem.

Hello, I restored the VM, in a previous state and installed v4.1.1. it works just fine. Thank you.
