Plugin not working #59

Unfortunately, the plugin does not work for me, nothing is displayed in the preview panel. I have also tried various solutions listed here, but I have had no success. The user 'redmine' can run both 'imagemagick' and 'ghostscript'. In the plugin configuration 'Peek' and the option '.pdf' is selected. My configuration is: Information Redmine 4.2.3.stable

Default administrator account changed selected Attachments directory writable selected Plugin assets directory writable (./public/plugin_assets) selected MiniMagick available (optional) selected ImageMagick convert available (optional) selected ImageMagick PDF support available (optional) selected LibreOffice available not selected ImageMagick convert available (optional) selected Pandoc available not selected Example-program available selected

Environment: Redmine version 4.2.3.stable Ruby version 2.7.2-p137 (2020-10-01) [x86_64-linux] Rails version 5.2.6 Environment production Database adapter Mysql2 Mailer queue ActiveJob::QueueAdapters::AsyncAdapter Mailer delivery sendmail SCM: Git 2.20.1 Filesystem
Redmine plugins: custom_field_sql 2.5 localizable 0.4.0 redmine_more_previews 4.1.3 redmine_serial_number_field 3.0.0 view_customize 3.0.0

No answer... :-/ I've tried other solutions, but no one gives the desired results.

I'm getting emails like that, but I do need more thorough in fo.

Please send me a screenshot of the redmine info window. Please provide operating system and rails and ruby version. Then, at last send me a screen shot of the failing page.
