Invalid Thread ID Error on Valid Thread ID

1.) Did you first check the wiki for your issue?
2.) Did you check to see if there is already a ticket for your issue?

What version of Procurement are you using? On what operating system?
1.9.0
windows 7

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Copy thread ID into Thread ID box
2. Save
3. Update Forum Thread

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
It comes up with an error message saying "invalid thread ID"
I can confirm that the thread ID is most definitely not invalid after 4 copy 
and pastes and 2 manual typing reproductions. Still errors.

Please paste the contents of your DebugInfo.log file below if applicable.
To minimize the size of the file, delete your existing debuginfo.log file,
before replicating the issue.
