Adds a vignette for a legacy csv workflow. Adds example csv files to extdata.
I have not tested the file path calls. I think examples a and c will work. I am not confident that example b will work. I wanted to show how get_paths works rather than using another list.files example, but I'm not sure I fit it in with the system.file call correctly.
