Sorry for the gross commit history, I guess I should've made a new branch.

Fix a few typos in documentation
Fix bug introduced when switching from purrr::when to dplyr::if_else
Remove stringr dependency to cut down on imports (still get a warning though)
Add track tag demo account to examples
Add function to add fix status column(s) to lotek downloads
