Updated the index.html file #3

I have made the following changes:

Added a text shadow to the heading
Added a shadow effect to the web map
Added more country links (Italy, Iran, Australia, Japan, France, Germany, Singapore, Hong Kong, Spain, Bahrain, Kuwait, Thailand, Taiwan, UK)
Labelled the "Last Updated" date & time

Hi, Thanks for your contribution and ideas. I've added "Last Updated" to the desktop version. There is just not enough space for mobile (I want to show as many provinces as possible in a small screen). Also, I've added top country links (as many as I can fit in one line in both desktop and mobile).

I didn't add cosmetic changes (more personal tastes) though.

You're welcome! I was unaware of the fact that the links wouldn't fit on a smaller screen, I'm glad that you checked that. Thank you for making the other updates!
