Merges 73-common-misspelling-check -> develop

Addition of system name extraction from submissions where additional details, such as the planet, are provided but not expected in the request for help form Addition of search for systems with a similar name to the one submitted in EDSM. This will aid with seals deciding which cases to take and dispatch looking for nearby stations and carriers
