A hotfix release to patch and improve a number of systems in HalpyBOT, including:

• A number of documentation spelling and grammar fixes
• Updated documentation instructions for installing HalpyBOT
• Updated configuration template
• Removal of some unused debug files
• Updated Help files to include more command listings
• Updated Default UserAgent strings
• Updated Help Command Logic
• Added Part Channel Command Validation
• Corrected a problem with Twitter strings revealing too much information
• Added Git version check
