That's strange, as I managed to open it in my browser from github (I use Chrome).
However, all the information on this guide are now in the new doc (http://poppy-project.github.io/poppy-docs/ still work in progress) and the PDF will not get updated.
Thank you for the link. :ok_hand:
A. Some more test with another computer on Windows 10 and SumatraPDF: still cannot read the PDF: must really be corrupted.
Good news is that it opens up fine on firefox on the same Windows so that I can read it this way. Even better, I then click on [Raw] button and get a repaired version of the file to donwload, which I can finally read with my PDF reader !
B. In fact, my need for such documentation comes from the fact that I fail for a week to re-install a poppy odroid image that is working: please check out my 'issue' raised this week on the subject and feel free to help me on that subject: https://github.com/poppy-project/poppy_install/issues/12
The thing is that even what you just kindly provide unfortunately does not help much :disappointed:
What I urgently need is a fully implemented working image for the odroid U3. Is one available somewhere?
Well, I did put some system image available to download, I do my best to find it for you.

- in http://poppy-project.github.io/poppy-docs/development_guides/poppy-board.html, in "Use Poppy ready images" top section, "Odroid image for Torso or Humanoid" link still is just a circular ref.
- in http://poppy-project.github.io/poppy-docs/development_guides/poppy-board.html#use-an-odroid-board, "Use an ODROID board" section still is empty -- my post above might then be of a great help somehow :-).
What I urgently need for Thursday is a working image for the odroid U3. Can I get one from a similar poppy around here or from a repository somewhere?

There it is !
You will find a link to a poppy-humanoid system image for odroid U3, maybe slightly outdated (july or august) but should be working.

On my Windows 8.1 + Adobe Acrobat Reader DC, there is an error when opening the PDF. Acrobat says that the file is corrupted. I tried several times to download it and still the same result.
By browsing it via a simple click on it, it opens up inside my Firefox 42.0 but except for the first page, which seems okay with the Poppy and Generation Robot logos, I got all pages blank except the pictures, absolutely no text.
