delete obsolete branches #24

@skoehnen I was not sure if the skoehnen_README_Add_Getting_Started_Guide branch can be deleted or if you are working on this. If this is an outdated branch that we do not need anymore, please delete it. Big thanks in advance :)

I deleted it. It was quite out of date anyway and the getting started instruction are now in the readme ;)
