Update .gitmodules #34

@olinux could you double check if this is sufficient for the integration of publication v1 into openMINDS v3? If yes could you merge and trigger the build manually? (I think that was necessary, correct?)

The module is currently called "publications", not "publication"

@apdavison okay. I've updated the name accordingly in the gitmodule file
