Update types.json #35

@apdavison I just started, we need to do this for all computation and publications schemas (best with mapping to schema.org if available)

@UlrikeS91 we also need to do this for all terminologies.

I suggest we make smaller PRs that provide a few description and mappings (where applicable)

@apdavison thank you for taking a look at it. Go ahead and merge it. I will make more PRs with some changes in the next week
