Fix a regression when handling cross-submodule extensions #18

this was causing the expansion of some schemas in the computation submodule to be incorrect, since they weren't inheriting all the necessary properties from /core/research/activity.schema.tpl.json

hi @skoehnen: yes, the problem was fixed independently by @olinux at some point
