contentType for NifTi 1 and 2 #1

@apdavison : could you provide the contentType instance for NifTi 1 and 2? And maybe check the entries that Oli already integrated for the contentTypes?

As explanation: we decided to have a openMINDS_instance repositories for metadata instances that we would like to control a bit more. Those instances are only extendable / editable via the GitHub (via Issue and PR) and can only be used and not edited in the KG Editor.

I hope this is not colliding with what you already set up for the contentTypes?

yes, I think I'll ask Elodie (@legouee) to work on this. We have a spreadsheet containing an incomplete list of contentTypes here: https://drive.ebrains.eu/lib/31543530-9999-43b2-99cf-5d4fa1684382/file/ebrains_media_types.xlsx Elodie and I will create JSON-LD documents from these and make a PR. We also need to add content-types for all the electrophysiology formats supported by Neo.

@apdavison @legouee thanks a lot! I may have specific requests for content types for you for the current use cases we migrate into openMINDS. I'll make corresponding issues if they come up and are not included in you first PR.

I just made a pull request with all JSON-LD files.
