The openMINDS_instances repository contains well defined metadata representations (JSON-LDs) that are most likely to be reused across different research products.
@Majpuc and I have gone through the strains. We would like to propose some minor changes and a new strain.
Additionally, we are wondering if we could add the MGI IDs for the mouse strains as well somehow (e.g. B6;129-Tg(Drd1-cre)120Mxu/Mmjax with MGI: 5578135)? It's not an ontology, but still contains lots of valuable information.
