Biocuration is needed for dissociation_protocol fields.

Current metadata:

dissociation_protocol.method.ontology = EFO:0009108 dissociation_protocol.method.ontology_label = fluorescence-activated cell sorting dissociation_protocol.method.text = fluorescence-activated cell sorting dissociation_protocol.protocol_core.protocol_description = Islets were dissociated into single-cell suspension and viable individual cells were distributed by FACS into 384-well plates containing lysis buffer.

FACS is likely the method for single cell isolation from the cell suspension into a plate well. There should also be a method of tissue dissociation (mechanical, enzymatic, etc.) captured in these fields.
