Process QA found the following issue:

There is no collection protocol for the specimen.
~There are 3 cell suspensions (that have been pooled from 12 organoids). However, there are 6 process_core.process_id (and therefore 6 bundles). Should there be 3 or 6 process_ids? This may require rebundling.~
