Tombstone HDCA project: single cell transcriptomics in prod #2319

Recently ingested "HDCA project: single cell transcriptomics" has a wrong number of bundles because of incorrect linking (38 instead of 10). It did not trigger any analysis as is 10x 3' v3 sequencing and does not match the elastic search queries.

Could it please be tombstoned?

@xbrianh I would ask to put this on hold until ingest has solved the exporter problem please.

@HumanCellAtlas/data-ops Tombstoning and re-ingestion https://github.com/HumanCellAtlas/ingest-central/issues/570 will need to be coordinated to ensure there is no duplication of this project on prod.
