@TimothyTickle @theathorn @lauraclarke I have spoken with Shawn Liu, who I believe is involved with the legal team Tim mentioned, about this. We have a meeting set next week to review this and add the necessary precautions to be GDPR compliant. Once that happens, I will extend the deadline of community review one more week so that people have the chance to look this over.

Update: this plan has been reviewed and approved by the HCA GDPR Task Force. I've added a Data Privacy section to detail the measures we are taking to be compliant.
