Make information on analysis more findable #15

From cBeta user feedback: Some users are not realizing that the analyses being shown in the HCA data portal are being done by the HCA and not by the lab that submitted the data a la GEO. Users seem to be using the project pages a lot more than we expected. They are expecting to see information on the analysis there. Overall, the important thing to get across is that the analysis is only available for some data and is performed by the HCA.

Perhaps we could add an HCA analysis or processing section and mention (if there is analysis results) that it was done by the HCA standard pipelines and to learn more go here (and link to content page for pipelines) or if there is not an analysis, it could be an opportunity to mention we aren't yet able to process all datatypes and maybe point out that if they are interested in contributing an analysis pipeline to reach out to xyz or go to contribute page? Just ideas.

Interesting thanks. We don't yet mention the pipeline name or version that was used to process the data or the processing date for example. Its possible we could list processing pipelines used on the project detail page e.g. "HCA Optimus Prime Pipeline v1.22" and then link to pipeline details.

Will check if we have that info or how to get it.

It would be great to include the pipeline and point to Jodi's documentation. Please note we have both HCA (Smart-seq2) and community pipelines (cellranger/10X) running (this is temporary). The distinction between HCA pipeline and community pipeline should be clear and clearly indicated which the pipeline is. Happy to answer questions.

We have a ticket at the top of our backlog to work to get a metadatum added to the schema to indicate community or HCA pipelines. This should make it easy to include as a facet.

In addition, the version of the pipeline run on the analysis outputs is in the metadata, so it could be indexed on and used as a filter.
