As a researcher working on Google I would like the option of downloading the preview data from google buckets not AWS #2

Right now it appears the download scripts only download from AWS (true?).

As a researcher working on google it would be helpful to be able to specify to download from Google instead of AWS since it will be faster to get the data.

Perhaps we can make additional scripts to post after the go live date? Or parameter for the scripts?

I guess this can be solved by letting the user input the replica parameter in the script?
