Description Define SLOs for imaging data and scope work to update the DCP for imaging data resulting in an RFC. See image-based transcriptomics RFC

Demo Point to RFC to show it is complete.

AC RFC is accepted and reviewed by the community.

Thanks @theathorn I have referenced the RFC. Since an owner has not been assigned to the work, I'll defer creating issues for now.

@ambrosejcarr - Are any of these existing issues relevant to this epic? If not, then this should also not be In Progress?

@ambrosejcarr and @claymfischer (accountable) - If we're using this issue for DCP implementation team has testable solutions for image data support, then this epic should be scoped appropriately for Q2. Can you review? The related deliverable is described as Define SLOs for imaging data and scope work to update the DCP for imaging data resulting in an RFC.

The Q2 acceptance criteria (RFC) is complete. This epic will remain open until a product owner can be assigned and the remaining linked child epics can be refactored into appropriate quarterly release epics at the DCP-level. Will close at that point.
