Split integration tests up by pipeline #394

I think we should split the builds up by pipeline. Have SS2 and 10x run separately and give separate success notifications. That way we get an indication that our infrastructure is generally sound, even if a new pipeline is in an early stage of development and is volatile.

This seems reasonable to me.

In the future, will there be more pipelines? And will a dcp-wide integration test + slack announcement be required for each one?

I expect there will be. There is a pipeline coming for image bundles, at the very least. But I think it will be a small number for the foreseeable future.
