Ingest new bundles for the HDCA 10x dataset in prod.

In the original submission, the bundling was incorrect. In order to fix this since the re-bundling is not possible at the moment, I would like to upload new bundles to the Project UUID: 008e40e8-66ae-43bb-951c-c073a2fa6774 and ask DSS to remove the old ones.
