The new template spreadsheet generator code lives here: https://github.com/ebi-ait/ingest-broker/tree/feature/spreadsheet-generator

The goal of this ticket is to write tests in the code to check the functions are working as they should, given various possible inputs.

Done. Might need to extend tests based on what we find when testing in the UI, in which case I will create a separate ticket.
