The scRNAseqSystemicComparison project is ready for Matrix Service.

This is a Barcelona incentive dataset.

Project title: Systematic comparative analysis of single cell RNA-sequencing methods Project short name: scRNAseqSystemicComparison Project UUID: 88ec040b-8705-4f77-8f41-f81e57632f7d Metadata: human and mouse for both SS2 and 10X data Bundles: 2309 analysis bundles

This project contains both SS2 and 10X data, and therefore the barcodes.tsv would contain only barcodes from the 10X portion.
