Set root terms for HCAO to something usable for browsing #57

This can be set in yaml config. See DUO for example.

Sensible set of terms. Would this be sufficient?

Anatomical structure? Organism Cell

@henrietteharmse - do you know if the container used to run the HCAO OLS instance is sufficiently up to date to support specification of roots?
