Instead of pointing at the full OLS, this needs to use the custom HCA-OLS

Hi @dosumis , Is this ticket out of date now, with the "advent" of the new OntoString curation tool? Should the ticket be closed, or given more detail with OntoString specifications in mind? Thanks.
