[ENQ] New HCAO ontology request: "NanoString Digital Spatial Profiling (DSP)" #90

I would like to request a new library preparation method as a child of the following node: http://www.ebi.ac.uk/efo/EFO_0030005 "spatial transcriptomics by high-throughput sequencing"

The suggested new ontology term label: "NanoString Digital Spatial Profiling (DSP)"

Hi again @ami-day ,

The EFO ticket is https://github.com/EBISPOT/efo/issues/1240. I'll add the EFO term in time for the next EFO release (scheduled for Sept 15th). The EFO term will then be imported in HCAO in time for the next HCAO release (scheduled for Sept 16th, barring any issue with the EFO release; otherwise as soon as possible after that).
